Dr. Victor Geiger is the founder of the Anti-Skullgirl Labs.[1]  He likely became a project like Brain Drain. Besides this, very little is known about Geiger.  He is not present in any story mode and may be deceased.

Story

Peacock's Story

During the ending of Peacock's story, Black Dahlia refers to Geiger in her remarks on how he and the Labs have fallen to experimenting on children.
